1.Receiving of requirement
Based on buyers' authorization and precise enquiry request (which should include definite product name, specifications, quantity and related information needed), The professional sourcing team of Home Trend will start to search and discover qualified suppliers for buyers. The sourcing team is engaged to collect, select, organize, analyze and inspect qualified suppliers for buyers and provide report documents to buyers via email

2.Sourcing of Products
Our product sourcing services are custom-made and cost effective, according to your requirement; we mainly help you in following steps:
First Step:
With our powerful database and relationship, a complete and detailed INITIAL report (Name, address and contact information of the manufacturers are not included) will be provided for your choice.
Report includes:
- Name of Products
- Specification
- Price List
- Evaluate of manufacturer and its history
Initial report will have around 10-15 manufacturers for your consideration. It will take one or two weeks to seek and clear up manufacturer information. We will at best provide you complementary information twice according to your research and filtration to the INITIAL report. Each time we covered three manufacturers and it takes about one week. If you are a serious buyer and approve the sourcing information we offer, we will enter into the next step. If we cannot provide you with sufficient or satisfactory sourcing information, it is regret that we have to stop providing service to you. And no fees are charged for the above service.
Second Step:
After you pay us for the US$500 up Sourcing Fee by T/T, we will provide you with names and contact information of all the manufacturers. You can require the samples and technical information to these manufacturers directly. Or we can do it for you charging only the corresponding sample costs, delivery and IDD fees (If these fees do not bear by the factory)
In order to meet to these requests in an efficient and cost-effective way, we charge a standard US$500 up Sourcing Service or more according to your request. We will discuss with you as soon as possible on the floating of the price according to the kinds of products you need and the time you need them.
Third Step:
If you need us to get the first hand information for you from the factory, we will arrange reliable staffs to carry it out according to your requirements.
Charges for this service will be discussed according to your requirements.
If you would like to visit the China Manufacturers in person, we will make every effort to propose the lowest traveling costs, the most suitable route possible for your business trip and offer all the follow-up services according to your requirement.
We will charge 15% of the whole costs as traveling management fees.

3.Other Services
After confirming on the products and providers, our company could also be a reliable partner to you with your follow-up transactions in order to save your trouble on traveling.

- Price Negotiation: Act as a communication bridge to negotiate to get a best price for you
- QC inspection: Monitor the manufacturing at all stages including quality control of product manufacture and delivery, production control including quantities and capacity
- Logistic Strategy: Arrange Logistics/shipping/airfreight over land and sea
- Deal with customs, insurance, tariffs and taxes
- Offer other services according to the advice of your clients and to every specific needs
